I'm Professor Santos, a native Brazilian Portuguese teacher 🇧🇷. I've taught online since 2005 and help foreigners speak with confidence — in a simple, warm and clear way.
I understand the most common challenges learners face with Portuguese — pronunciation, verbs, word order — and I explain them step by step, with real examples.
Brazil is more than a language. In every lesson I share culture, music, habits and practical tips about life in the country. And I make sure lessons stay easy, comfortable and fun.

Frequently asked questions
I live in Russia / CIS. Is the time zone a problem?
No. I offer lessons in different time slots that work for Europe, Russia and CIS time zones.
Do I need to know any Portuguese before starting?
No. I teach from complete beginners. We start with the basics and quickly move to practical language for travel, study or life in Brazil.
What language do you use to explain?
Mainly English, always considering the typical mistakes learners make and comparing structures so things click faster. As you progress, we use more and more Portuguese.
Do you prepare students for the Celpe-Bras exam?
Yes. I offer focused Celpe-Bras preparation — we go through the format, practice the speaking and writing parts and the vocabulary you need.
How long is each class?
A standard class lasts 60 minutes. For intensive preparation, we can adapt the duration.
How can I pay from Russia / CIS?
I accept international payments through several methods. We'll discuss the most convenient option for you once we've scheduled your first class.
Do you give homework?
Optional. I recommend short exercises and vocabulary review between lessons to make faster progress.
